Tapioca, brazilian food

italian, French food or any other you’d like to eat now isn’t compared with the brazilian food. A nation with many culture, colonized by diferent e peculiar situation and people don’t have a ” oficial gastronomic circuit” by the giant chefs of the world and not reminded by your food or sophisticated food. But is a general agreement that everybody come to Brazil, then have a unic and unforgettble experience not just with beautfull places, music, people, but too brazilian foods, as a first moment contact that never had been.

CUIABANA, is a name of a kide brazilian food with natural essence, ground stuff and very power nutrients.

Take a recipe and try to do is easy!

Tapioca of dread meat:

Recipe to do 10 unit

Ingredients:

filling dread meat:

3 soups pooms oil
2 onion in slim scheets
1 soup pooms cut garlic
1 cube cut yellow pepper
4 tomatos without seeds (cube cut)
4 tea cup dread meat unsalted, cooked in hot water, salt and chili king by your taste
1/2 tea cup cut green onion
1 tea cup cottage cheese

dough of Tapioca

2 tea cup cand tapioca flous ( I think that in USA and England it is named of Tapioca starch)
1/2 tea cup water and green onion to powder.

Preparing

In a pan, on a Middle fire, warm the oil and braise the onion and the garlic. Put the yellow pepper a broth of legumes and the tomatos, then fry until take a tenderize. Now, put the shredded dread meat And mix all. (salt and chilli king by your taste). after it made, turn off the fire, add the green onion and keed this filling in standby.

Made it, lets go to prepare the dough

To Tapioca

Mix the tapioca starch with water, bit by bit, keep doing it and rubbing the dough with your hands until get on a granulated and unid dough. If needde put more water. Then go by the dough by a strainer, after done it, keed in standby.

Now with a skellit, dread, on low fire, keep warm just a litter and then sprend the dough on the skellit until topped all the superfice. Wait the dough get brace itself and turn off side the dough with a spatula. Put a porcion of the dread meat filling on half of dough and then double in middle.

Transfer to a platter and serve.
